We are Bernat and Carmen, and together we have built a local family business with deep roots in this beautiful Mediterranean island. Our passion for Menorca and the desire to share its uniqueness have led us to offer accommodations that reflect the essence of island life. Our story begins when Bernat, a young man just starting out as a builder, along with his parents and siblings, decided to build their own family villa in this beautiful corner of Menorca. With his dedication to construction and his love for the island, Bernat personally took care of every detail, creating a home that reflects his vision of comfort, style, and respect for the environment.

Carmen, a young entrepreneur, saw the business opportunity in vacation rentals, and together they started this project.

Over the years, with the desire to share this paradise with others, we acquired some neighboring apartments, which we lovingly and dedicatedly renovated for our guests. We have been renovating the spaces with great enthusiasm for our guests' comfort. Later, we acquired the villa to expand our vacation rental offerings. Together, we manage rentals, cleanliness, maintenance, and personalized guest service.

In the future, we will continue to expand and improve our offerings, always maintaining the essence of who we are: a local family that takes care of every detail and puts every effort into making every stay memorable.
